COVERSAFE™ is a self decontaminating protection film designed by a clean technology that offers durable antimicrobial performance and is safe to use. The technology was developed by Pylote, a French company with more than 10 years research efforts. The disinfection works automatic and provides a constant protection on any surface every time. Unlike other technologies in the market, COVERSAFE™ does not release any metal ions and is food contact approved. COVERSAFE™ works automatically around the clock, 24 hours a days and 7 days a week.

How It Works?
COVERSAFE™ is the self decontaminating antimicrobial film that developed by a clean technology. The film incorporates proprietary microspheres , when contact with air humidity generates Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS). These ROS causing a rapid and efficient microbial decontamination of the surfaces. It works in continuous and stable protection pattern against microbial contamination with a consistent level of safety, efficiency and hygiene during the entire application.
During the process, the ceramic microspheres are not consumed as the ROS are created by a catalytic reaction in the presence of air humidity. ROS have a very short lifetime and unlike other technologies, COVERSAFE™ does not release any chemical such as metal ions. This unique innovation enables a safer skin contact and thus lower the risk of exposure to metal toxicity.

The efficacy of COVERSAFE™ is tested against a wide array of viruses, including SARS-CoV2. It is also effective against common epidemics such as gastroenteritis, H1N1 influenza or conjunctivitis.
All tests were carried out according to JIS Z 2801, ISO 22196 and ISO 21702 standards by independent and accredited laboratories.
